3 day lifting series where you can learn the techniques that Sebastian Oreb uses for himself and his team of world class athletes to lift the heaviest weights as safely as possible.

This 3 day lifting series are split up into the 3 main barbell movements – Squat Day, Bench Press Day and Deadlift Day where you will be taken through an entire session where you will be focussing on mastering the techniques and then an in depth look at how to include the accessory exercises for development of muscle development, weak point training, rehabilitation training.

These lifting series are designed for ANYONE interested in lifting weights the right way, from the very beginner to the most elite athletes in the work. Whether you’re a personal trainer, rehabilitation specialist or a lifting enthusiast, these workshops will benefit you.


WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable training gear. Optional, but recommended are weightlifting shoes, belts, knee sleeves and wrist wraps. Food, snacks, water bottle and sweat towel.
