Sebastian Oreb – The Australian Strength Coach has teamed up with Australias Number 1 Pro Fitness Model – Hattie Boydle to present to you their 2 day Seminar “Training the Female Athlete”. Sebastian has extensive experience in training professional strength athletes in a large variety sports at the highest level, as well as being an elite level competitive powerlifter himself. Hattie competes at the highest level Pro Fitness Model competitions and was crowned as World Champion after winning the WBFF World Championships 2016. Hattie is also the owner of one of the countries most successful teams of female bikini and fitness models.

PREREQUISITE: NONE! Anyone can attend! Beginners, intermediate, advanced, competitors AND non-competitors, coaches, and absolutely anyone who.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable training gear. Optional, but recommended are lifting shoes, belts, wrist wraps, knee wraps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, deadlift socks. Food, snacks, water bottle and sweat towel.
