This is a 3 day small group lifting series where you can learn the techniques that Sebastian Oreb uses for himself and his team of world class athletes to lift the heaviest weights as safely as possible. On each day you will be taken through an entire session where you will be focusing on mastering the techniques and then an in depth look at how to include the accessory exercises for muscle development, weak point training, and rehabilitation training.
Attendance for each day is capped to ensure every attendee gets adequate one on one interaction with Sebastian.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable training gear. Optional, but recommended are lifting shoes, belts, wrist wraps, knee wraps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, deadlift socks. Food, snacks, water bottle and sweat towel.
