Strength System Online is an online training program that runs in 4 week phases, but continues indefinitely for as long as you would like to follow the system. It is a strength based training program that must be completed with weights.
Strength System Online is designed to build all round, well balanced strength. The program utilises powerlifting movements, however it is not a powerlifting program. Like any sport, powerlifting requires a certain amount of skill practice and particular preparation coming into a competition, and this is where these programs differ from Strength System Online. That said, Strength System will definitely get you strong, improve your technique and create a balanced physique which in turn will have a huge carry over to your powerlifting total.
Strength System Online is a 16 week training program that runs in 4 x 4 week phases, but continues indefinitely for as long as you would like to follow the system. This is recommended to ensure you continue to progress and to prevent your body from plateauing.
Strength System Online is an automatic monthly subscription which renews every 4 weeks. You pay for 4 weeks at a time, at the beginning of your 4 week phase. Once you have completed the 4 weeks of paid for training, your account will be charged for the next 4 weeks of training. Once payment has been processed, you will automatically gain access to your next 4 week program via your home page.
It is recommended that you allow a minimum of 60 minutes for each session. However, if you are at an elite level of strength, it will take longer to complete the warm up sets and work up to our working weight, therefore the session will be longer.
Every 4 week phase released will be different. The programs are developed by Australian Strength Coach and are designed to progress your training so that you can peak after a 16 week block.

This program does not include a nutrition plan, however it does include nutrition guidelines and a macro nutrient calculator designed by Australian Strength Coach and our Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist Marika Day, to give you an indication of how much food you should be eating for our goals.
This is a strength program and although there is no specific ‘cardio’ outlined in this program, that does not mean that you will not be getting a cardiovascular response from the training. The total work load of this program is very complete for a strength building program and additional cardio and training may affect the outcome of this program, so should you wish to do additional endurance training, do so at your own discretion.
It is highly recommend to follow your program from a gym, as you will have access to a greater range of equipment. This is a weights based program, so you will require a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, benches and a variety of weighted machines.
This program includes 4 training sessions per week.
Strength System Online has a no exchange or refund policy. Once you have purchased your 4 week phase of training upfront, there is no refund on those 4 weeks. Your subscription automatically renews every 4 weeks for the new month of training. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by cancelling through your ‘My Account’ section, however you will not be refunded for any payment already made. Strength System Online is a subscription based membership that can be cancelled at anytime. There are no contracts, the only commitment is you pay for your 4 weeks of training in advance. Once that is paid for there is no refund on the paid amount. Once your subscription is cancelled, no more further payments will be made.
